A: We've tried several varieties of on-line stores. In all cases we received far more customer interaction and orders via email and telephone. From our perspective we believe that there is a much higher level of customer satisfaction when there is more upfront communication/conversation...such as emails and telephone.
Name tags may appear to be simple but they are really complex little guys with sometimes very difficult jobs to do. Correct choices of wood, font, wording, and fasteners are important.
We have removed our on-line store and encourage telephone calls and emails.
